I’m Slu, I’m a Doula, educator and family wellbeing supporter based in Hertfordshire.

I have a degree in Complementary Therapies, am a Breastfeeding supporter and child wearing peer supporter. I run a family wellbeing practice in Hertfordshire. I offer antenatal and family wellbeing education, meditation and creativity sessions alongside my work as a doula.

I have 18 years experience supporting children and families. I am so pleased to be able to add postnatal recovery massage to my support packages for mothers, to honour the work they and their bodies have done in bringing a new baby forth.
